Orders typically require 2-5 days for creation and shipping. However, during peak sales periods, this timeframe may extend slightly. Transit times vary by country, as listed below.
Please note that if there are any issues with your order, such as requiring a new pet photo, this may understandably extend the production time.
To ensure swift processing, we send all customers an artwork proof for approval before printing. Your prompt approval accelerates our shipping process.
Rest assured, all orders are shipped with tracking, and you will receive your tracking number via email as soon as it becomes available.
